I joined Julie’s yoga class many years ago and have been a regular since. The class is wonderful for learners as well as experienced students. Julie gives very clear directions and ensures you’re doing the right positioning. Her yoga practice has a great mix of strength, flow and relaxation. I love my weekly sessions.

Julie is just fabulous. I’ve tried other yoga instructors but Julie’s calm, concise instruction and classes with great variety make her my number one. She offers easier and more challenging options in every class to cater for everyone’s level of fitness and flexibility. Despite the challenges COVID has thrown at us all, Julie has continued to provide classes either in person or online. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
