Great session with Sindy today for a dynamic vinyasa yogasana - slightly different to your normal flow, but expertly led. Nice studio with good natural light. Will be back!
I really enjoy Michael’s vinyasa classes they’re the perfect blend of challenge and calm. Each session pushes me just enough, which I love, and I always leave feeling stronger and more centred. Michael is a fantastic teacher, incredibly patient, calming, His guidance makes even the trickiest poses feel achievable, and his energy creates a space where you can grow at your own pace. Hopefully one day I’ll manage a handstand but until then, I’m grateful for every class and every step forward. Highly recommend!
I recently took a Hot Pilates class at The Yoga Quarter and had such a great experience. The space is absolutely lovely, clean, inviting, and really well set up. The receptionist was super helpful and welcoming, and everyone I encountered was genuinely kind, which made the whole atmosphere feel really positive and comfortable. The instructor was amazing, encouraging, knowledgeable, and guided the class perfectly. I left feeling both challenged and refreshed. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Great space: clean, calm and in a super location. Lovely teachers, too. I look forward to my regular Saturday morning class — absolutely worth getting up early for!
