Terri's yoga classes work for me on so many levels - dynamic classes that are both physically and mentally taxing. Regardless of how I feel going in, I'll definitely leave feeling better! The adaptations provided by Terri throughout the class also mean that I can adjust what I'm doing and always get the full benefit of the flow. A fortnight away from classes leaves me feeling like I need a good 'rinse out' at one of Terri's classes. The best yoga classes I've been to; everyone in Ealing and beyond should get involved!

Terri’s yoga is the best yoga there is bar none. Dynamic enough to be a great workout but targeted at all levels from beginners who need regular rest to the people balancing on one arm.
