Deanna was an amazing instructor for an event my organization, Hofstra Fit had at Hofstra University! She showed up early, brought props for all attendees and an amazing attitude! Everyone was very comfortable and relaxed. There was a combination of relaxing poses and those that pushed you a bit more. Would definitely recommend any class she teaches!

Every class has been dynamic, invigorating, challenging hour! Where Deana’s cueing is seamless and guides you to what your body needs, at that moment. The music, flow, and energy is beyond incredible. Grateful to have a new yoga studio and for Salty Soul

I have not been to a yoga class in 5 years but this class was great. I really loved the tempo and the instructor was lovely. I would definitely return for this class time again (7AM Sat) if available. It was great to start my day with some early practice.
