Radiate Yoga of Westchester

I have done a lot of yoga in my life and this studio is one of my all-time favorites. Wonderful teachers, homey calming environment, and great rates for classes. If I could go every day I would! I am so grateful to Lisa and everyone at Radiate, they make my life better. Highly recommend both Lisas as teachers.

Really lovely space and practice. They also have a wonderful new student intro offer (3 classes for only $40!). To find the studio, it is on the left hand side of the church, in the building next to it. It isn’t well marked but once inside, the space is very warm and welcoming. There are plenty of street parking options too.

Amazing instructors in a beautiful space! This is a studio that welcomes all and meets each student where they are in their practice. If you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, I highly recommend Radiate Yoga...it has something for everyone!
