GoogleAn experience I recommend for EVERYONE!🤍 Lovely friendly Ashram members, it’s like a one big family! They were extremely flexible and thoughtful for all of our needs. The place is located in a magical corner by the Ganga river and the forest where you can hear the beautiful sounds of nature and the Ganga singing. The facility was very calmly built and designed, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The whole experience was great with healthy food and everything I needed for the time I stayed there. I’m thankful for the lovely time I had there and I highly recommend 💖

Phool Chatti Ashram is a truly transformative and peaceful place. Lalita ji’s teachings, yoga sessions, and chanting create an environment where the mind becomes calm and the heart feels lighter. The surroundings, the Ganga rituals, and the overall energy of the ashram make the experience very special. A big thank-you to Mayank for ensuring everyone’s stay is comfortable, and to the cook for serving simple, nourishing, home-like meals with so much love. The ashram offers clarity, grounding, and genuine inner peace. Highly recommended for anyone looking to reconnect with themselves in the most beautiful way. 🌿✨
My days at Phool Chatti Ashram were truly life-changing. Surrounded by the sacred Ganga, the calm of the Himalayas, and the peaceful rhythm of the ashram, I experienced a deep sense of clarity and inner silence. The daily schedule here is perfectly balanced — yoga, meditation, silence, chanting, and connection with nature. The food is pure, sattvic, and served with so much love that it nourishes both body and soul. Everyone at the ashram — from the kitchen staff to the teachers — radiates kindness and warmth. My heartfelt gratitude to Lalita Ji and Meenakshi Madam. Their guidance, compassion, and patience helped me see spirituality in a new light. They showed me how simple living, mindfulness, and love can bring deep peace and transformation. Phool Chatti is not just a retreat; it is a journey back to yourself — a reminder of what truly matters. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a sacred and healing space. 🙏 — Yuvraj Nayar
Life changing? Transformative? I'm not sure about those, but if you keep your mind and heart open, you will certainly learn a lot and grow. The leader of retreat is Lalita Ji and she is an amazing woman. The ashram (only 3 years old and built next to old ashram) is beautiful. It is only 30 minutes upriver from Rishikesh, but feels like a million miles away from the hustle, crowds, and horns of town. Big, well appointed rooms with great balcony views of Mother Ganga (request top floor). The sound of the rapid drowns out other background noise. Great yoga room with lots of props that are clean and in good condition. Don't expect the yoga to be Western style - you're not there for just exercise, asanas, and sweating. Lots of meditation - ask for props/chair as needed. Lots of chanting. The meals were excellent - silence while eating and do your own dishes. The staff was wonderful. Great hikes from the ashram. One of the best things is building relationships from people around tge world. In our group of ~12, we had the following countries represented: USA, Japan, Netherlands, Israel, Canada, Greece, Australia and India. We started a WhatsApp group and several of us have met up after the retreat in various locations. Highly recommended!!!
