Clean, calming, and spacious facility. I’ve heard so many great things about this place from my own clients as a PT, and it was amazing to finally experience it myself. I had the best prenatal massage with Vin and have already booked another session. I’m really looking forward to more treatments in the future!

Very disappointed with this place. I used to go in the past and was very nice, they have great massages and therapis. I booked a couple massage for a surprise birthday gift. They called the day of and cancelled because therapist called out. If I would have cancelled that day I would have to pay a fee. I spoke to the front desk and they said they will have the store owner contact me and no one called as if yet. Update: Beth called me and made things right. We rescheduled and we were compensated. We had our massages today and we enjoyed it. Thank you to the team. Greatly appreciated.

I’ve been a patron for many years, always had a great experience. I haven’t been there since Covid though, but that changed a few days ago. My daughter gave me a gift certificate and I finally scheduled a therapeutic massage with Denise. I knew nothing about Denise, nor any other masseuse, I chose her based on availability. It turns out I hit a grand slam in selecting a masseuse. It was an hour of pure bliss. Stress just came pouring out of my body, I forgot just how nice a good massage can be. The place is clean, peaceful and serene. The ambiance places you in a state of relaxation before your session even begins. Within the first few minutes of my massage, I knew I was in good hands and it was already worth it. For an hour, I was somewhere else, taken for a ride of pure relaxation. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was over. I had to come back down to earth and I really didn’t want to. I needed a good 5/10 minutes to come back down and drive back home. I had to rate this 5 stars and it’s based on the entire experience, from booking my appointment online (very intuitive and easy) to rescheduling, and of course the massage. If you’ve never been here before, consider using their services. They offer a variety of massages and other spa related treatment. If your undecided on a masseuse, I’m sure they are all very good but I know first hand Denise is. I highly recommend her and Natural Balance. It is well worth the price.

Elizabeth is awesome. However, the girls at the front should be alittle more personable. The yohbg lady that has picked up the phone when I have called seems not so happy at what she's doing for being a spa as well as the young lady who was working the desk the day of my appt. I know ones job could get to them but treat each person as pleasant as you'd like to be treated.
