The community here is known for being inclusive, grounded, and deeply committed to the transformative power of mindfulness and inner exploration.
Rooted in the rich cultural fabric of Harlem, this space reflects the neighborhood's spirit of resilience, creativity, and community. It stands as a reminder that healing and self-discovery are available to everyone, regardless of background or experience level. For anyone in New York City seeking a meaningful place to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters, Meditation in Harlem offers exactly that kind of sanctuary.
When I first began my meditation journey, I explored several sessions around NYC, but none truly resonated with what I was seeking until I was aligned with Meditation in Harlem. βJulie and Alexandra, along with the other incredible teachers who have taught here, were truly the missing piece in my journey. From the moment I started here, my life shifted into high gear. I now possess the tools to practice deep compassion and understand that while we are all here to serve, community is the answer once you achieve that awareness. βMy life has become truly purposeful. I am deeply grateful to the team for being a "beacon of Buddha" in the neighborhood. It is a rare, safe space where ALL are welcome, regardless of religious affiliation, gender, or sex. If you are looking for a place to ground yourself and find your community, this is it. βGod bless. Love. ππ½π
