I have been coming to Asha’s restorative yoga classes for almost two years now. Asha is an expert yoga teacher and every class is different and unique. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and Asha takes the time to help and support everyone to get the postures right. I leave every class feeling energised and it helps me destress. Also, when I found out I was pregnant, Asha kindly adapted the class for me so I was able to safely continuing practising throughout my pregnancy. I highly recommend her classes for fitness and relaxation.
