GoogleI’ve had a few therapists in my life, and none of them worked out until I met Kalman. Kalman saved my life. I was in a place of dire desperation, and he showed empathy, awareness, understanding, and genuine care. We began with EMDR, which was helpful, but later we tried Somatic Therapy, and I responded to it much better. I actually look forward to logging in every week for therapy. Thank you Kalman. 5/5
This was so helpful. At a time in my life where I was undergoing a lot of anxiety and stress. Dealing with some medical issues brought up a lot of childhood traumas and struggles in my marriage that were ongoing for over a decade . Kalman taught me how to cope using Emdr and other tools to help manage anxiety and stress . Helping accept certain situations . Today I feel More calm and confident. I have the tools to deal with stress and anxiety. More importantly my marriage is in a much better place due to the way I handle myself .
Kalman is a very talented therapist. He makes you feel that he is totally invested in your recovery, which is rare. Also, as a practitioner of EMDR, I have found he is pretty affordable. I moved out of the country or else I would have continued with him. Highly recommended.
Kalman is an excellent therapist. He helped me with my traumas using EMDR and Somatic, and both were helpful to me. I can' recommend him enough!
Kalman has fully convinced me to the benefits of therapy. I came to him with anxiety and panic disorders, but left with the wisdom and tools to move forward in life, and a renewed sense of hope. During my sessions with Kalman, I have always been comfortable. Kalman always knows when to use humor to break the ice, and it was never awkward talking to him. He speaks intelligently, kindly, and is a wonderful active listener. Never once have I felt judged by him. That being said, he was also not afraid to challenge my views, statements, and generalizations to reveal thought distortions. I particularly like how transparent he was in our sessions, showing me his thoughts, and how he wants to approach certain issues. It made me feel more in control over my treatment, and ultimately, listened to. I would not hesitate to recommend Kalman to anyone who is thinking about therapy. I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions, and found myself looking forward to seeing him every week. After each session, my mood was always lifted as I felt more empowered to tackle the rest of the week. After two months with Kalman, I feel that I am no longer just surviving, but on the road to thriving.
