Juniper Yoga + Fitness

Zach was my instructor yesterday for the cold plunge 101 class experience & it was INCREDIBLE. I went in with some light prior knowledge and experience of cold plunging, but I left this class not only extremely more informed about the history of cold plunging and its benefits—but I also left feeling more confident about my physical and mental ability to be able to handle it and begin this amazing practice more consistently. I am extremely motivated, honored, and thankful to have pursued this amazing experience offered through Juniper Yoga. Thank you Zach!!!!!!😊

This is the best studio for hot yoga hands down. They offer your favorite classes several times per day. They have excellent instructors and the rooms are very nice. I have a hot yoga studio in my hometown but I would much rather drive to this studio in Montclair.

OMG such peace i found. The whole environment from the people at the desk who welcome me, to Grace who is so welcoming and encouraging by always saying understand your body and what feels safe and comfortable. I LOVE THIS STUDIO. I drive hour and a half to attend class.
