GoogleMy third visit and by far the best yet! From the moment I stepped into the pod, it felt more welcoming and grounded than ever. Ina creates such a beautiful balance of challenge and care; she pushes you just enough while making sure every pose feels supported and intentional. The Hotpod experience keeps getting better immersive, warm (in every sense), and deeply restorative. I used to practice the traditional 90-minute hot flow, and this shorter format is the perfect way to keep that same intensity and connection in a more accessible, time-friendly class. Can’t wait for the next one!
This is hands down the most welcoming yoga studio I’ve ever been to - and I’ve tried many over my 16 years in London. The owner is genuinely lovely, and every instructor I’ve taken a class with has been amazing. A special shout-out to Claire’s 12:00 Saturday class - the only way I’m exercising on a weekend! Such a warm, supportive space that I always look forward to coming back to 🖤
A dreamy find. Aside from the classes themselves (un-rushed, grounded and present), the gentle lighting and safe feeling of the pod are sublime. Having not practiced anything besides Yin for years, I was a lil anxious to get back into it, but Valentine and Rami (the two teachers I've had classes with so far) create a sweet, challenginginagoodway space. Counting down the days 'til my next class 💟
Everything is cared for down to the smallest detail, and I would also like to compliment the studio on its impeccable cleanliness: the facilities are always spotless and very well maintained. I felt comfortable and relaxed from the moment I arrived. I will definitely come back every time I’m in London for work. Highly recommended!
