The Vinyasa I–II class is calm and relaxing, with a nice flow and a soothing atmosphere. However, a few details could be improved to make the experience more comfortable for everyone. The class ran over the scheduled time, and students who needed to leave at the expected finish were discouraged from doing so. For new attendees or those with tight schedules, it would help to know in advance if classes typically go beyond the listed duration. There was also a strict rule about not bringing water into the room, even sealed bottles. While studio policies vary, this felt unusually rigid, especially if someone needs water for health reasons. Overall, the class itself is lovely and peaceful, but clearer communication and a bit more flexibility would make it a truly relaxing experience from start to finish.

Hara is my favorite yoga studio in Barcelona, and that says a lot because I’ve tried almost every single one. The monthly membership is very cheap compared to other studios and they have a great variety of teachers and classes. Jivamukti with Carolina on Mondays is my favorite. I also did a yoga teacher training and highly recommend the courses they have.
