She offers so much more than the physical practice of yoga - philosophy, care, some inspirational quotes or poems, beautiful spritz of essential oils at the end of class, and most importantly, a safe and supportive space for everyone who joins the class. I highly recommend joining a class!
It may sound like hyperbole, but I have never had a yoga class as fulfilling as one of Nicole's. Her thoughtful and conscious approach to her practice is shared generously with her students. The respect she has for yoga and its origins are communicated clearly in each moment of her teaching. She is attentive and supportive, ensuring that every person is moving in a way that engages their body and mind safely and meaningfully. Even the way she sets up the space has been done with care and intent! I cannot recommend Nicole's classes more. If you can participate in a course, even better. I have been part of Nicole's Go Slow Yoga online classes for over 5 years. I really appreciate Nicole's style of teaching, which is inclusive, respectful and considered. I particularly like Nicole's way of inviting the student to "listen" to their own body. She provides an invitation to the movement and options to choose from for each invitation. She holds the space for all students and nurtures a calm and welcoming class with her warm personality. Nicole is a knowledgable, experienced and committed teacher and I highly recomend her classes!
