I booked a private aerial yoga class with Karly for my birthday, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The moment my friends and I walked into the space, we felt an immediate sense of peace and calm. The ambiance was perfect—it smelled amazing, the lighting was soft and soothing, the temperature was just right, and everything was spotless. You could tell how much care Karly put into creating an inviting, sanitized, and sacred space for us. Karly herself is an absolute gem. Warm, attentive, and incredibly detailed, she made each one of us—regardless of experience level—feel seen and supported. None of my friends had ever done aerial yoga before, but she guided us with such clarity, encouragement, and grace. She struck that rare balance of being mindful and gentle while still pushing us to explore and grow. Karly went above and beyond to make me feel special on my birthday, and I will never forget it. We left the class glowing, inspired, and already talking about when we’d come back. If you’re even thinking about trying aerial yoga, this is the place—and Karly is the person. Thank you so much, Karly!

I had an incredible experience at Fly Yoga. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing, and the instructor is exceptionally nice. The deep stretches during aerial yoga really helped decompress my spine and improve my flexibility. I particularly enjoyed lying down on the nail mats; It's surprisingly relaxing. The instructor's massages were divine and added to the overall soothing experience. I feel rejuvenated and more flexible after each session. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enhance their flexibility!

I’m a newcomer and had visited only 1 class of fly yoga years ago before I came to this studio. To my pleasure and surprise, I was put to advanced level. I liked that a lot. Honestly, the moment I entered the room I felt like home. With that dimmed light, relaxing music and aroma therapy, the place seemed cozy and welcoming. I wasn’t sure if I knew how to do some exercises and moves, but there was no reason to worry at all because the master was very attentive to me and explained everything clearly. I trusted her the first minute the class started and knew right away that I’m in a safe place. I especially liked her individual approach and she sincerely cares about her every student. As a bonus I got a few times of her distinguished massage in the most tense areas of my body (back, shoulders, head). So far, I’ve been to 2 fly yoga classes and I don’t plan to stop. What also drew my attention is the fact that she used special extra tools for deeper contact with body, such as needle balls, needle carpets. Everything is clean and trustworthy. I feel very lucky to start attending this place. Besides, I got familiar with as much as amazing exercises for my face muscles due to her other type of class called Face yoga. I was truly surprised by her experience and deep knowledge in that area as well. She is an amazing master! I’m happy to know her and be able to spend genuinely valuable time for my body and face improvement. Just come and see for yourself. You won’t decide to look further if you need visible results and genuine care.

I’ve practiced yoga for some time, but aerial yoga at this studio has been such a refreshing and uplifting experience. The studio is small and intimate (5 max), which makes the classes feel very personalized. Because of the size, the instructor is able to give close attention to each student, ensuring we feel safe and supported while exploring poses in the hammock. The classes are especially rewarding if you’ve done yoga before, since you can recognize familiar poses but experience them in a whole new way suspended in the air. It adds both playfulness and challenge, helping to build strength, balance, and flexibility in a fun setting. The instructor’s English isn't her first language, but she communicates with demonstrations, adjustments, and lots of encouragement. She doesn't hesitate to come and assist you if you're struggling. In fact, the simplicity makes instructions easier to follow, and you can always feel her passion and dedication to teaching. Anything you can't do certain movements, just speak up and she will say skip or give an adjusted version of it. This is a wonderful studio for yogis who want to deepen their practice, try something new, and enjoy a warm, welcoming space. I always leave class feeling both energized and deeply relaxed. Highly recommended!

Soar to New Heights! Under the guidance of our instructor, Karlygash, I felt like I was soaring through the skies of relaxation. Despite my novice status in yoga in general, the instructor's kindness, patience, and understanding, guided me through each pose with grace. The class was not just a physical experience but a holistic journey, offering deep stretches that reached my very core. As I hung from the aerial hammock, I found myself letting go of tensions I didn't even know I was holding onto, sinking into a state of profound meditation. And oh, the massages! Easing away the knots of everyday stress. But perhaps the most remarkable aspect of the class was its ability to gently nudge me into relaxation, a feat that often feels as elusive as catching the wind. Yet, within the confines of the aerial hammock, relaxation became not just achievable, but inevitable. It was as if I was being lifted by unseen currents, carried away to a place of tranquility and peace. I left feeling lighter and rejuvenated. I can’t help but eagerly anticipate my next session. Karlygash has truly become a beacon of serenity in my hectic life. So if you're looking to spread your wings and experience the bliss of flight, I highly recommend giving this class a try. After all, who knew that relaxation could be found by simply learning to fly?
