I fell in love with sessions at Flooid Pilates from my first beginner class 18-months ago. I started sessions postpartum with various aches and pains, and now am the strongest I have been in years. Michelle is creative and adaptive in her workouts, and has a manner about her that always get the best out of her clients. I always look forward to going, find that I always work hard (even if that’s not been my intent), and have loved the friendships formed along the way. I can’t recommend highly enough!
I started Pilates about 1 year ago, for the first time with Michelle. She made sure it was a safe space to learn and be a beginner and now doing more advanced classes. I started with just 1 session per week, now continuously twice per week and have seen awesome results! I love the 1 on 1 clinical approach meaning you can focus exactly for what you need. She always is happy to modify to injuries or any specifics you need. I always love going and working hard, All while having a laugh and a great time! Definitely recommend!
