GoogleDimi has been my teacher since baby yoga 8 year ago! Similar has been amazing in teacher how to move better and her classes vary and match my level. She is very attentive as she knows her students, offering me a pillow when my knee is a little weak for a stronger position, showing me to fold the mat when my wrist hurts, pushing a little harder because I can go there π©΅very hard work but perfect pitch and feeling so good afterβ¦anyway love our sessions π I am making a lot of progress both in flexibility and in strength!
I have enjoyed Dimi's yoga classes for a number of years. She is a wonderful teacher for people of all abilities. Her calm clear approach guides you through each session leaving you feeling refreshed and more flexible every time!
I'd never tried yoga when I first went to Dimi's class 6 years ago. She's an excellent teacher. She helped me into positions I never knew I could do! Her classes are for all abilities and she adapts moves accordingly. I've since done her pregnancy yoga and mother/baby yoga. The pregnancy yoga was brilliant and prepared me! Dimi also has outdoor classes in good weather - these are glorious classes. I would highly recommend Dimi and she's also one of the kindest, calmest people I know.
