I tried Elements 2-week trial on the recommendation of a friend and can easily say it has been a life changing experience. As someone who had never practiced yoga before, the classes offer a range of styles and skill levels with a friendly, informative learning practice. Going at your own pace and listening to your physical and mental needs is encouraged. All the teachers make the effort to make their classes interesting each time and greet the attendees by name. The schedule is well run with just the right amount of communications such as changes to the program or updates on parking. The studio space is a light filled, welcoming environment and well maintained with extra attention to details like candles, plants, a tea station and emergency toiletries in their change area. I now go regularly and recommend friends to try their intro offer as well.

I was lucky enough to practice with Jess in some workshops a couple of years ago. Her teaching style was like nothing I had ever experienced. This weekend I finally made it to Elements Studio and practiced with Jess again. Not only was the studio and facilities amazing my time on the mat was another extraordinary learning and humbling experience. The most beautiful yoga studio! We recently held an event here and it exceeded all expectations. The space is so inviting and everyone absolutely loved it. The layout is gorgeous and there are so many special touches. And what other yoga studio has an infrared sauna? They also house the best massage therapist you’ll come across. Today’s Vinyasa class with Jen was the best I’ve ever had. She brought such great energy and passion, and the meditation time was truly wonderful. The flow was amazing—I could feel my whole body heating up and breaking a sweat. It was the best yoga class I’ve experienced, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more.
