The ECH facility which I attend has a well equipped gym for people over 50. There are many group classes and some one-on- one with qualified Exercise Physiologists. Podiatry is available, physiotherapy and massage too. Prices are reasonable.
My father in-law is hapoy living here in a small unit it's very clean staff are friendly hot meal provided at lunch time, wheelchair access
They do fantastic work helping older people continue to lead a healthy lifestyle
