GoogleI've been trying out a different yoga classes throughout the city of LA and have found this studio to be the most accessible. They have all types of classes at varying times of the day. As a full time student and full time service worker, finding classes during my ever changing and unconventional schedule can be difficult. I am very grateful for this studio for how welcoming, diverse, educational and convenient they have made yoga.
This is an excellent class for a newbie or someone experienced in mat pilates as Kinga focuses on form and slow articulation. I always learn something and I always leave feeling stronger! I love this class so much and love starting the week this way.
It goes without saying Kimberly is such an amazing instructor. I hadn’t been in a while and in her class I was able to open up and connect with my body as she gently guided me to remember to stay in the moment and be kind to my body. There were moments in practice I was in pure happiness and I left feeling so euphoric. Always grateful to have the availability to attend one of her classes.
I liked the practice in overall, but a situation during shavasana really left some unpleasant feelings. The front desk was conversing loudly and the teacher had to come out and tell them that it’s shavasana time. Twice… Conversations continued and it was disturbing to think about this when we supposed not to. This was quite disrespectful to 50 people in the room trying to focus on the practice… sadly.
One of the best studios in LA. They remain authentic to what that space started out as years ago. All are welcome and the teaching is deeply intentional while being so welcoming. There's an energy to the space that is so special and I'm very grateful I get to practice here.
