Very friendly and helpful front desk. Atmosphere is wonderful, tranquil and calm. I got the 60 min BWS Signature Massage, with Karolyne. Karolyne was very attentive, welcoming, polite and greatly skilled. We had great conversation, as well as pinpointing specific areas I’ve had issues with. (Sciatic nerve pain) I left feeling very restored and rejuvenated. Looking forward to my next appointment with Karolyne, she is wonderful and the entire session from start to finish was better than I even anticipated. I highly recommend BWS.

Had a great Signature Massage today with Dawn. She was very attentive to my needs and was very willing and able to adjust pressure when necessary. The massage room is comfortable and well insulated from any outside noise. And the bed is heated! Recommend!!

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The front desk staff greeted me right away with a warm, personable attitude and took the time to have a genuine conversation with me. My massage with Patricia was amazing — she was attentive and made the entire experience so relaxing. After my first appointment, Sierra made it seamless to continue my wellness journey by offering to pre-book my next visit, which I really appreciated. The service here is excellent from start to finish!

I treated myself to a massage yesterday for my birthday and wow, what a lovely experience. The space itself is clean, beautiful, and inviting. The front-desk staffer (I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name) was so gracious and welcoming. My massage therapist, Ingrid, was equally wonderful. Pretty sure I floated out of there! I hope to return again soon.
