Wonderfully warm and inclusive yoga studio. I feel very lucky to have such a safe and welcoming space to ground myself and build my practice. Special thanks to the studio’s amazing owner Alexa

My favorite yoga studio in the neighborhood. Alexa has built a spot with a great vibe. A lot of other studios feel stifling - like you can’t relax and talk to anyone else there. Not here. I always feel comfortable and welcome there. And Kyla is a wonderful instructor!

Worth every penny. If you want instructors who take a special interest in your poses and show you stretches you never knew existed, this is the place. Every session I learn something new that I can do at home and stretch muscles and keep improving.

Amazing studio in the Astoria West area!! The space is absolutely beautiful, and I’ve loved all the classes and teachers so far. Some familiar faces if you’re used to practicing at places like Yoga Agora or The Yoga Room. An intimate, welcoming atmosphere. Worth the walk from the train, or try the ferry!!

There are some real quality classes at Astoria Yoga. I’m particular to Mitch’s Vinyasa (2.0) on Tuesdays, but studio’s Slow to Flows and other classes are also great!
