GoogleCannot say enough good things about the staff here! Food was amazing and delicious and nutritious and the staff always went the extra mile to make sure we had a good time by making local recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed for our retreat. They also offer so many additional amenities to level up your experience no matter what you’re here for.
1000/10 experience. I hosted a wellness retreat here to celebrate the New Year and it was amazing on all fronts. The staff is spectacular and go above and beyond to be kind and helpful. The rooms have all the modern luxuries you want from a hotel (comfy beds, A/C, privacy, filtered water & tea, etc.) but the unique placement of being immersed in the jungle. Outdoor bathrooms felt luxurious despite being outside, showering under the canopy of trees and stars was magical. The common spaces were beautiful, comfortable, and everything was always clean and welcoming. The cenote was cool and refreshing. The chefs were fabulous, the food was SO healthy and delicious. The ceremonies we experienced (Temazcal and Mayan Clay) were heartfelt, transformative, and very memorable. Only about 20 minutes from downtown Tulum, so it was easy to go into town and the staff were always ready to help with scheduling taxis and transport anywhere we needed to go. Special shoutout to the manager Denise for helping coordinate everything for my group! It was truly an amazing experience and I highly recommend this venue if you're looking to host a retreat or enjoy a peaceful vacation. I truly cannot wait to go back, visit, and host more retreats there in the future. I promise, you will love it!
One of the most beautiful and best managed resorts I’ve been to. The staff is simply perfect, the rooms are spacious, the food couldn’t be healthier and the cenote is a place to remember. It really is one of the best places I’ve ever been to.
Amaite is great for kids, mine are 2 & 4. It was beautiful, very quiet, very easy to find, Carla was amazing, the food was great and there were plenty healthy options on the menu. Beautiful swimming hole right on the premises. Lovely place!
We stayed 7 days. The resort is wonderful... quiet, clean. And the employees and owners are so nice, dedicated that we feel like home... The food is great ... We had great cerenomies and activities... temazcal, yoga, and sound healing... Thanks a lot Jacinthe and Rene
