Best studio in Adelaide! Have been a member for over a year and still loving it. The variety of classes is refreshing, most studios just do Pilates and/or yoga, for cardio or other group exercise classes like Barre you tend to have to go somewhere that’s specifically offers that service but Aleenta does it all! Membership prices are more than reasonable and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and fun! Special shout out to Annie - I’m your number 1 fan 🤸‍♀️

Aleenta health club is amazing, I was new to Pilates and have found the studio amazing. They offer so many classes, so it is easy to try something new. The staff are so amazing, Ruby one of the instructors there is so good, giving a little bit of tough love to make sure you get a good workout every time.

I’ve been attending this Yoga and Pilates club for about a year now, and I absolutely love it! All the teachers — Bec, Toni, Amelia, Annie, Pamela, Emily, Caitlyn, Zoe, Sharmaine, Ellie, Ruby, Hannah, Renee, Edna and Georgia — are amazing. They are so professional, patient, and truly dedicated to helping everyone improve. The classes are always well-structured, the atmosphere is positive and welcoming, and I’ve gained so much both physically and mentally through my practice here. I love coming to Aleenta, I came most days and there is always a smile to great you with. Aleenta has a wide range of classes for you to choose from. The staff are so helpful and very intuiative. They are amazing at adapting when you have an injury. The friends made, the challenges done, the fun days out make this a wonderful place to come to. I go to Magill, but there are more sights to go to.

The cardio beats class was so much fun! Pam is a great instructor - enthusiastic and encouraging. It's not only great for fitness, but a great brain workout - trying to coordinate my arms and legs to follow the choreo was a fun challenge!
