Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been doing my yoga at Ahimsa Hot Yoga, and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. The studio has such a calm, positive, and welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable. A big thank you to the amazing instructors — Megan, Martin, Karen, Vanessa, Trish, and Andrea. Each of them teaches beautifully and very patiently. Their clear guidance and supportive approach make the classes easy to follow and comfortable for all levels. You can truly feel their passion for helping to improve all. A special mention to Megan, who is truly exceptional. Her energy is warm and motivating, and she creates such a supportive environment in every class. She explains the poses very clearly, gently encourages everyone, and makes you feel confident no matter your level. I personally enjoy every class I attend. Since joining, it has helped me reduce stress, improve my flexibility, and feel more relaxed and balanced in daily life. It’s a great place to refresh both body and mind. After a long break from hot yoga due to the pandemic, I finally found my way back — and I’m so grateful it’s to Ahimsa Hot Yoga. This studio has been a game-changer. Nestled in a peaceful setting, surrounded by green pastures, it offers a serene environment that instantly calms the mind. My first class back was intense — the heat and the long break made it a real challenge — but the instructors made all the difference. Megan, Martin, and Carrie are truly fantastic: supportive, knowledgeable, and inspiring. The studio is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained. If you're looking for a rejuvenating hot yoga experience in a beautiful, tranquil setting, I highly recommend Ahimsa Hot Yoga.
Since joining Ahimsa Hot Yoga in October, I have lost over 11 centimetres off my waist and honestly, I am a little in awe of that. It was not about starving myself or doing anything extreme. Nothing some people would say hot yoga is extreme lol. It was about showing up, again and again, even on the days I did not feel like it. Although honestly they were the days I felt the best after class. Breathing through the heat. Staying in the discomfort. Letting my body get stronger. By turning up for myself like this something shifted, I found I was nourishing myself with healthy food and not reaching for junk food. I feel stronger, clearer, more at home in my body. And that is the real transformation.
Had my first session of hot yoga with Megan today. It was great. Definitely a workout! My hip soreness and sciatica are feeling much better following the session. Megan fully explained all the moves patiently and calmly. I never felt rushed or that I was "doing it wrong". Definitely worth a visit! Recommended.
Ahimsa Hot Yoga is an incredibly warm & welcoming studio. There is a great variety of heated and non-heated classes with incredible teachers for all experience levels. Megan is very skilled and passionate, all of her classes are incredible. This studio is a totally unique experience. It is very conveniently located in Richlands, but it feels like you’re in the hinterland with the gorgeous outlook onto fields and trees. I’m so glad I found this studio!
