I had the pleasure of taking two classes with Flavio, a high-energy functional fitness class and a relaxing aerial yoga class. Both were simply amazing. I've been a devoted fitness fan for many years (10K rows, 8-mile jogs and lots of lifting), but the functional fitness class opened up a new chapter in my fitness journey. Flavio brought such beautiful, inspiring and encouraging energy to the class, challenging me to push through and achieve more than I thought possible. This was followed by an aerial yoga class that was probably the most enjoyable yoga class I've taken in years. He patiently guided us through the movements, making sure we felt safe and secure enough to not only make the poses, but also to have a good time whilst doing so. I don't think I've laughed so joyfully in public for years. Throughout both classes, he patiently explained some of the science behind the movements and how they affect mood and neuro-chemistry and overall physical health. I enthusiastically recommend his classes for people of all fitness levels. Flavio is such kind, wise and encouraging instructor that leaves his students feeling empowered.
Flávio is truly incredible!! He always manages to keep a smile on our faces while doing intense workouts. His teaching style is so unique and filled with exercices i hadn’t tried before. If you’re in Ibiza for holiday and want to workout or do yoga, I really recommend coming to Agoyoga💫

I start now in my thirth week with mostly entreno funcional 3x week and I feel allready the difference in my muscles. Im getting stronger and in shape. Good for my body and mind. Flavio is a very nice teacher. He let you work hard but we can manage it. All ages. Nice people in the class. 1th week is the hardest. Im happy to go every time😄
