We are a small friendly studio with a wonderful ambience with class numbers limited to 18. This allows for a more personable and personal class for both our students and teachers.
We offer 3 styles of yoga including Hatha, Iyengar and Vinyasa to welcome students of all levels and types. Our hatha yoga teachers are also pregnancy trained so we welcome and encourage all pregnant women to participate.
