Dru Yoga and Somatic Meditation to Open to the Joy of Living

About

I offer classes in Dru Yoga and Somatic Meditation which are accessible to many levels of ability.  Dru Yoga and Somatic Meditation both help us to open our hearts, to embrace our lives more fully, to release stress and rediscover the joy of living.

Classes are small and personal.

I also offer one day workshops in Dru Yoga Dance, uniting grace and power, great fun, uplifting and dynamic.

And I offer one day workshops 'Awakening The Heart' which bring together Dru Yoga, Somatic Meditation and Art Therapy to help us connect with our inner potential.

I am also a Buddhist Psychotherapist and work with body and mind to bring integration to lifes experiences.  Tibetan Buddhism and Dru Yoga have combined for me to bring me to a place of greater contentment and presence, to enjoy life and deal more easily with the challenges of daily life.

I love to share with others, methods I have found to be helpful to me personally, and I have trained professionally to be able to do this.
