Healing Yoga

About

Healing yoga is with emphasis on coming into a posture and feeling into the benefits (slow flow) it holds for each individual. The "sensations". I cue body mechanics, closed hip or open hip, simple movement of feet. I teach yoga workshops that focus on moving in and out of asana as well as deepening your sensations where needed. My love is teaching Yin Yoga, that more meditative slowed down style of yoga. This is very needed to stretch fascia, ligaments tendons that are more "plastic tissue" not having as much stretch, but subjected to injury. I teach Chair yoga and Supported yoga with stability ball which I created.


I create Guided Meditations to take your mind away from the chatter inside, directing you to a place of calm, tranquility and bliss. As a practitioner of several Energy Healing methods to include Reiki, Healing Touch, Heart to Heart, and Shamanic studies, I combine these to meet what is needed at the time of your session. These sessions can be done remote. I use zoom to teach sessions to small groups and individual needs.
