I was drawn to yoga at the age of 27 when I was pregnant with my first baby. From my initial contact with yoga, I discovered the enormous benefits not only from the physical aspects, but also from the inner awareness of being able to create harmony and balance in my busy life. I completed my 500 hour Diploma of Yoga Teaching at the Viyett Centre in Hampton Victoria, an accredited course with Yoga Australia, and enjoy teaching gentle Hatha style yoga integrated with dynamic Vinyasa flow, plus Restorative Yoga, and monthly Meditation classes. I also run annual retreats to Bali.
