GoogleShelley’s Pregnancy Yoga is the best class I’ve found locally. I’ve been to about 5 or 6 now and she creates a gorgeous, welcoming, self-soothing atmosphere and leads us thru different, supportive postures, each week tuned into whatever stuff is happening for the folks in the class. She’s fabulous teacher. The Yoga Point space is also a really nice, well equipped, airy and clean-feeling one.
I go to yoga elsewhere with my gym membership so I wasn’t looking for pregnancy yoga. However, a friend suggested trying it and I’m so glad I did. Shelley starts the class checking in with each person by name and asks how you’re doing. It felt so good to bring any feeling to the group with no filter or judgement. It’s opened the door for new community and I’ve met incredible women I’m so excited to be around as we become parents. Shelley’s training and intuition with what movements made my body feel good in pregnancy were so spot on. It was a really good way to close the weekend and go calmly into the next week. Writing with a new baby asleep on me looking at their new parent and baby class.
Yoga Point is the absolute BEST yoga studio! All of the teachers and classes are amazing! I didn’t do much yoga before going to Yoga Point but since starting class there I’ve really caught the bug. I’m quite high energy and find it hard to relax, but an hour at one of their classes and I come away feeling super zen! They’ve got great class packages you can buy too, that are really good value. The vibe is also just so great, super warm, friendly and relaxed!
Yoga Point is a real find. A yoga studio with excellent teachers and classes spread throughout the day. I love that I can go before work, after work, or during the day if I'm free. It's also one of the friendliest places you'll find in London. I feel very lucky to live within walking distance of this gem!
An excellent yoga studio that is elevated even higher by the tight knit and welcoming community that call it home! The instructors are all amazing and make such a refuge from the insanity of London
