I absolutely love Yoga in the stars. All the teachers are knowledgeable, kind, responsive and - to be honest - being a part of the community has changed my life for the better. I joined after heart surgery and I never felt out of my depth. When I needed to rest I did, when I needed help I was offered it. Can’t praise it enough… I’d highly recommend it… x

I should really start this review with a massive thank you! To Sonia, Basia and Tarin for their presence, support and love, felt throughout the Holotropic breathing workshop. I couldn't love the set-up more, there's an old and new, mystic and homely feeling to the studio which I really really loved. Sonia, our facilitator, could not be more present every minute of each day of the workshop, I loved your candour, your detailed explanations, your knowledge, your professionalism, your dedication to us, flexibility and willingness to adapt to our needs, and the support offered to each and every single one of us during and post sessions. Basia, short of having wings your presence is angelic, each of us brought their own energy to the studio, but yours was simply amazing! Your support, your undivided attention and your input in the workshop were fabulous. The grounding/integration finale of the workshop was simply the best! Tarin, our mostly unseen guardian, thank you for the way you took care of us, was very much appreciated, wholesome food, delicious treats, amazing energy coming from you. From an introverts perspective, I had doubts that I would not feel challenged by spending so much time every day with a group of strangers for an entire weekend, but from day one I felt amongst family, loving, caring, beautiful family. I am looking forward to the next workshop So once again, Thank You all!

I love this place. Such a warm and beautiful space to practice in and a welcome that mirrors that. The teacher was engaging and nurturing and the sequencing was intelligent. Suitable for all levels. The Chai Latte is a nice touch.

I have been coming to Yoga in the Stars for a fair few years now and its defo one of my top 5 happy places in London. Nestled at the top of the Heathcote and star pub, Tarin and Basia have created a cosy haven, more community yoga club than exclusive yoga studio in the best possible way. They have handpicked all of their teachers each one different but all warm, inclusive and welcoming, there are a good range of more traditional classes as well as those that I have never heard of but enjoy trying, as well as field trips into epping forest and further afield. Focus on mind and body connection, and really understanding what you need in that moment than on a hard core work out (although if that is what you need that day also totally possible). Chai and chats after for those that have time and feel like it.
