Our regular opening hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 8:30pm, Saturday 7:30am - 1pm.

 

The studio opens into garden with Shiv Mandir (temple) available for visit, Abhishek and Puja during open hours.

All our teachers are Yoga in Daily Life trained in Australia/Europe and/or India.
