I have been taking classes with Vitality Yoga for almost 3 years now. The classes are amazing and help me to feel relaxed and more energized at the same time. It has helped me with knee pain that I was experiencing. I am so grateful for the free classes with the NB public library and on Saturday mornings. I look forward to them every week. Megha is a wonderful instructor and such a great person!
Zumba classes are great. A lot of energy and fun at the same time. Bilingual (English/Spanish) ... that is a plus. Do it at your own pace, everyone can be part of it.
I was fortunate enough to find Vitality Yoga on my google search. After my first session with Anagha I knew this was the place I wanted to continue doing yoga. I wanted to get more active but not go back to the gym. I was having knee pain and back pain and Anagha has been great in helping me improve my flexibility and loosen up so much. I am so grateful to have Vitality so close. Its professional, clean and everyone is so welcoming. If you’re looking to start doing yoga or continue practicing it look no further I highly recommend Vitality. They are so flexible and will work what fits your schedule and needs. I look forward to every single class because I know right after I will feel relaxed and less stressed.
Vitality Yoga is such a special place. I almost didn’t write this review because I like the small classes, but I want others to feel the joy and tranquillity I feel after every class. Anagha is such an amazing instructor. She starts classes with a beautiful intention setting and teaches different deep breathing techniques that have helped soothe my anxious mind. As a beginner, I have felt so supported and encouraged in classes. My ability to hold yoga poses and do different ones has improved so much after weekly classes at Happy Hips. My back pain has also reduced. Thank you so much to Vitality and Anagha for creating a healing center in our community.
