I booked in for the sauna experience and LED light therapy at Trinity Curated Wellness and it couldn’t have been a more enjoyable experience. The staff were extremely welcoming, attentive and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. Their warmth and professionalism really elevated the whole visit. I will definitely be back!

Trinity Curated Wellness is such a beautiful place — calm, inviting, and full of great energy. You can really feel it as soon as you walk in. I did my very first LED face mask here, and it was incredible! The whole experience felt both relaxing and rejuvenating. There’s a real sense of care and intention behind everything they do, and I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend!

We recently went to Trinity Curated Wellness as a team bonding experience for our business, and everyone absolutely loved it. The space has such a calm, uplifting energy — the perfect setting to unwind and reconnect. I’ve absolutely loved my time at Trinity Curated Wellness. Mellow Yoga on Tuesday mornings with a couple of mates has become the perfect way to breathe, stretch, and reset after some tough strength sessions. And the bathhouse experience, sauna, spa, and cold plunge is hands down the best way to catch up with friends and start the day feeling incredible. The crew at Trinity are consistently attentive, welcoming, and genuinely care about creating a great experience every time. Highly recommend for blokes wanting to swap a pub catch up for something that does them good.
