I booked in at Transcend Wellness looking for a reset and left feeling noticeably better in myself. Pretty good result for an hour' session. I tried the massage chair and the Red Light Halo. The massage chair is seriously impressive. It scans the body and tracks tension and works into it intelligently. Honestly, I was surprised at its power and it was more effective than many longer hands-on massages I’ve had. The Red Light Halo is screened off from the rest of the room offering a secluded private space. The session warmed me from the inside out — like sunbathing without the UV. About halfway through I realised I felt more peaceful than when I’d arrived. It's a lovely space, and the treatments are good value. Angelo is friendly and welcoming. I'll be back.

I just had the most amazing evening at Transcend Wellness London, trying out all the wellness equipment, from full body massage, leg compression and infrared sauna, I was amazed and enjoyed every moment of relaxation. I left feeling rejuvenated and can’t wait to return to explore more of their treatments, especially the red light therapy. I found this little gem completely by accident and was genuinely surprised to discover a place like this in Kingston. They offer a great choice of therapies, especially if, like me, you’re interested in longevity and long-term health rather than just quick “spa” treatments. I tried the halo infrared sauna and loved it. I usually struggle with traditional saunas, but the infrared heat was much easier to handle, it felt deeper in the body rather than overwhelming. I came out feeling really good, and some long-standing back tension had noticeably eased. They also have PEMF mats, which is quite rare to find alongside infrared sauna and infrared therapies in one place. The massage chairs looked very impressive too, so I’ll definitely be giving those a try next. I originally went because I was specifically looking for sauna and infrared options for longevity reasons, and this absolutely delivered. I was welcomed by Angelo, who was absolutely lovely. You rarely experience that level of genuine service and warmth anymore, it made a real difference. I’ll definitely be going back on a regular basis. A real hidden gem, and I’m honestly surprised Kingston has something this rare and this good.
