GoogleI joined the postnatal classes about 10 weeks postpartum and it has been a great benefit to my health and wellbeing! Katarina (physio) is warm, friendly, and incredibly professional. Pilates under her guidance helped me regain my strength and confidence after childbirth. My pelvic floor is stronger, my backaches have eased, and I feel much more empowered carrying my daughter around. I also loved that I was able to bring my baby to class in the early days. It made such a difference in helping me feel comfortable and supported as a new mum. I highly recommend the Mums and Bubs classes for anyone looking to ease back into fitness with sessions that are thoughtfully tailored to your postpartum needs.
I’ve gone from training with Dane in the gym to seeing Katerina for pre- and postnatal care and their support has been incredible. Helping me feel strong for parenthood and supported afterwards has been amazing. Katerina’s pregnancy classes are always fun, empowering and connect with other mums. Can’t recommend enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I joined The Room last year during my pregnancy for their prenatal Pilates classes. It very quickly became one of the highlights of my week! Friendly, welcoming classes that keep you moving during your pregnancy and modify exercises to best suit you and where you are in your pregnancy journey. Since having my baby I've started their postnatal Mums & Bubs classes and we look forward to our class every week.
Very grateful for finding this service and attending the pelvic floor physio session. The knowledge I gained from Katarina was very useful to bring my mind at ease plus the benefits speak for themselves. Beautiful community of women in the class, a great social class combined with a great use of all the props. Looking forward to doing more. Highly recommend Katarina and all her services.
The Room ADL Pilates is fabulous. The instructors are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and very supportive. The moves are challenging but always explained clearly and each person is supported during the class. I always come away feeling better than when I arrived. Thoroughly recommend The Room ADL Pilates.
