I’m new to reformer Pilates and was so excited when they opened a location right by me. This studio is fantastic—the space is great, and the teachers and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a semi-introvert, I really appreciate these classes because you never feel put on the spot, and you always leave feeling good about yourself. Everyone is super helpful and genuinely wants you to feel your best. Every single class and interaction I’ve had here has been amazing, and I genuinely look forward to going to class. This place is absolutely worth checking out.
I recently started doing studio Pilates with reformer classes, and I absolutely love it! This was my first time trying reformer, and the experience has been amazing. The staff is exceptional, and my instructor, Eishia B., brings such great energy and has been incredibly supportive—especially helpful as someone managing back and knee issues. I highly recommend it, especially if you’re new to Pilates. You’ll get a great workout and an even better overall experience. As a Black woman, it’s also been exciting and affirming to see other Black people in the space, including Black instructors. I wasn’t sure what to expect as a beginner, but I’ve felt nothing but welcomed and comfortable. If you’ve been on the fence about trying reformer Pilates, don’t hesitate—it’s absolutely worth it!
I never saw myself doing Pilates. I have been athletic my whole life and I train regularly, so I did not think it was something I needed. I decided to start with an introductory class at Studio Pilates, and that decision completely changed how I view my body, my core, and what real strength actually is. I took two introductory classes with Alexandra, and she was an incredible instructor. She was patient, attentive, and made sure I understood the movements and the purpose behind them. She met me exactly where I was and gradually prepared me for the regular classes in a way that felt supportive and empowering, not overwhelming. Since those intro sessions, I have purchased several class packages, and whenever the schedules align, I always try to take my classes with Alexandra. Pilates has now become an essential part of my training. Nothing else I do is as effective or as important for long term strength, balance, and longevity as Pilates, and I truly see that now. I also love that Studio Pilates has locations all over the world. It makes it easy to stay consistent even when traveling, which says a lot about the quality and professionalism of the brand. Highly recommend Studio Pilates and especially Alexandra if you are new to Pilates or even if you think you already know what strength is.

The studio itself has such a welcoming, motivating energy that makes you want to keep coming back and improving. I love that each class feels fresh and progressive while still being accessible. I never thought I would be addicted to Pilates, but here I am! This Black-owned Pilates studio is absolutely amazing. From the warm smiles/welcomes from Jennifer at the front desk to my instructor, Eishia B, whom pushes me in the best way possible and pays close attention to every detail, making sure my form is correct. I feel so supported and challenged in every class. It’s such a great feeling to actually see and feel my body changing—more toned, stronger, and more confident. I can’t recommend this studio enough! Major gratitude for finding & being apart of such a dope community!
