Read moreThis is a Hatha and Yin Yoga studio, and through our yoga, meditation and deep relaxation classes we provide a space where you can simply be, where your own intuition and wisdom flow and your health and wellbeing returns. Here you can re-connect with the peace within and develop a connection with life that brings balance and harmony between body, mind and spirit. As your self-awareness increases, you simply become your authentic self and your light shines through. Our Studio is spacious and full of light and we invite you to come and spend some time with yourself. This is classical yoga, our classes are relaxed, restorative, deep, and guided throughout. Beginners are very welcome into all of our classes, we were all beginners at one time! You can book yourself in to our classes online, or if you prefer, just come in 10 - 15 minutes early the first time. We have mats and blankets you are welcome to use.
We have events through the year, film nights, dinner nights, hikes, mini meditation retreats, walks with Indigenous guides and workshops with visiting teachers.
We also have psychologists working in our back rooms, who are available for appointments
