Jasmine is the sweetest soul and she has created such a magical, safe space at Sōl Samadhi. She radiates with a positive and vibrant energy, and is a wonderful teacher, offering variations and assistance to accommodate all levels and make everyone feel welcome. Her yoga flows are calming, grounding and empowering, promoting a deep connection to self, and leave me feeling refreshed and energised both spiritually and physically. Her pilates classes are fun, challenging and rewarding, and have helped me to feel stronger, more confident and more connected to my body. I’ve been doing yoga and Pilates with Jasmine for a while now, and I absolutely love her classes. Her Pilates sessions are fantastic—she mixes up the exercises and gives clear, helpful instructions. Her Yoga classes are truly beautiful; she guides us into a smooth flows, and the energy in the room always feels peaceful and calm, especially during yin. She also aligns the classes to the energy of what is going on around us, helping set really sweet affirmations and intentions. Jasmine has such a positive, bubbly, and inspiring personality. I always leave her classes feeling great.

I've been attending jasmines yoga classes for over 12 months now and it has changed my life . The way she delivers her classes is so graceful and elegant accommodating all levels of the practice and so welcoming to the whole community . The most notable aspect of jasmines instructing is the ground she covers from feeling so zenned out at the end of a restorative class she has an amazing ability to help you let go and calm your mind to the more demanding power yoga classes testing your strength and always improving at a personal level her instructing is second to none . We all leave class saying everyone should do yoga it feels like a cheat code to life . 10 out of 10 jasmine very inspiring .
