I had the pleasure of sitting in and observing a group class for the senior girls group at Young Women's Leadership School in Harlem on Monday 1/12/26. Tiraya lead the class and I was so impressed with not only her obvious knowledge of yoga but also her ability to connect with these girls in the span of one class. I am so impressed by this company's mission and drive to give back to the community. Could not recommend taking a class by Tiraya or Sol City Yoga more!!!!

We had an amazing experience with Sol City Yoga during their yoga workshop for our high school seniors. They created a welcoming and supportive environment that encouraged students to step outside of their comfort zones while still feeling safe and respected. Many of our students shared how much they enjoyed having the opportunity to move their bodies in a way they don’t usually get to during the school day. This workshop came at such an important time—during one of the most stressful years of high school—and it provided our seniors with a much-needed moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. The session was engaging, grounding, and incredibly impactful, and we could truly see the difference in our students’ energy and mood afterward. We are so grateful for this experience and would highly recommend Sol City Yoga to any school looking to support student wellness and stress relief in a meaningful way.

Hello, I just want to thank the yoga teacher Liana who's been offering free community yoga up in Harlem on Saturday's. It's been such a beautiful grounding practice, and I hope to join again soon. I'm starting my own teacher training program, which takes me away from this on Saturday's, but I certainly hope to return when I can.
