Just finished my 4th reformer pilates for the week. I'm catching up to my 500th class. Feeling soo strong. I love the family friendly sessions. Looking forward to trying out a mat pilates class. Hayley, Rhi, Mia and Bri are amazing. Their attention to detail and form during each class has been great for my back and general body care. I always leave feeling strong and like I've achieved something. I was lucky to continue my sessions throughout my pregnancy, and just altered the exercise to suit what my body could do. I even did a class the day my bubs was born. My labour was smooth and controlled.
