As Brisbane shivers at the end of winter, join us for our 2nd annual trip to Fiji! Join Julie Smerdon, along with meditation teacher Emma Baker on the private Fijiian island of Toberua for 7 days of yoga, meditation, and nourishing self-care. Just a 3.5-hour flight from Australia, This will be a beautiful time of connection and growth in a breathtaking South Pacific setting. You’ll enjoy morning yoga and afternoon meditation each day, 5-star accommodation, mouthwatering food, a massage (or two), and plenty of outdoor time in the saltwater pool or on your private beach. Emma will also be available all week for one-on-one meditation coaching. The island is small so this will be an intimate group. Please book your place early!
Nestled on our own private island, our focus will be a mid-year tune-up for body and soul. We’ll enjoy luxurious stretches of time for relaxing; yoga and meditation for rejuvenation and pristine surroundings for purposeful relaxation as we move into the busy months of spring and summer. We’ll soak up the sun and bask in the beauty of our own private island; enjoying morning and afternoon yoga and meditation sessions, three gourmet meals inspired by Fiji’s tropical surroundings, and lazy days to explore the island and connect with your fellow travellers. There will be plenty of time to pamper yourself in the spa, relax on the beach, go on an adventurous excursion, or sip a cocktail by the pool.
This retreat is all about YOU. Each morning will begin with yoga, followed by a sumptuous breakfast together. The days will afford plenty of free time for massages, snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding, or a sampling of the other activities offered on the island. Late afternoons will find us back on the mat enjoying meditation as the sun sets. We’ll gather together in the evenings for a gourmet dinner overlooking the sea.
