My experience about reiki healing and rebirth was incredibly helpful and it was very nice and Arti Ji always act like spiritual mother and she cares about what ever you need and never leaves you without best result. I was lucky enough to work with Arti while training in her yoga academy Rishikesh. I did both individual and group breathwork sessions with her and found both to be incredibly healing and therapeutic. Although the breathwork was difficult and lots of emotions and came to the surface, I felt safe knowing Arti was there holding space and guiding me with love and compassion. She is a very special person, and I felt as though I had a second mother while in India, looking out and taking care for me. Always with a big smile and a warm hug in times when it was needed. Arti runs a beautiful space. As a total newcomer, I was made to feel welcome and safe. The Reiki technique was explained to me in way that I understood enough to fully engage with the it. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Arti to anyone and especially anyone curious but who has not experienced Reiki before.
