GoogleSandeep is an excellent yoga instructor. He is very knowledgeable, teaches from the heart, and is a true leader. I highly recommend his yoga training courses!!!
A very good experience to learn yoga here! The teachers are so nice! And the environment is good!
I have just returned from the most wonderful yoga retreat with Sandeep Atri in the Midlands, KZN. It was exactly what I was needing: the Yoga was amazing and Sandeep is an outstanding teacher tuning into each personβs individual needs and capabilities; the food prepared by Sandeep was absolutely delicious and really nourishing for both the body and the soul; the meditation was really lovely and very calming too and we learnt an interesting new technique. I also thoroughly enjoyed the Ayurvedic practices that Sandeep introduced us to. He has a wonderfully kind, gentle and encouraging energy as a teacher and I feel very privileged to have spent some time with him at Belle Mer Yoga studio as well as the yoga retreat in the Midlands. I hope you come to a South Africa again Sandeep. Thank you π
In RishikeshYogiAshram there is a variety of people participating whether for a Yogateachertraining or a retreat, which gives a nice balanced atmosphere. But the best part is everybody is treated as if being a family member and everyones opinion is heard! The food is very nice, and the menu always gets adapted to the participants needs and wishes. Same as the housing is nice and comfortable. The teachers Sandeep and Ankur are good teachers and lovely souls. They are trying their best at each individual to achieve their personal goal and becoming a good teacher, with lots of teaching practice. For me personally, as a Pilates teacher, I've practiced a lot of sports and also Yoga, but never got results like here, especially in such a short span of time. I gained a lot of flexibility, where before nothing had changed for over a decade. As in the Yogic way of living, I had some idea before, but I never managed to really go through with it, despite all kind of personal efforts and now I finally feel I achieved some inner balance, which is not that easily shakeable. Furthermore I incorporated the yogic theories into my own routine, which is now much easier to uphold back in my normal life. Summing up there are many Yoga Teacher Trainings out there, but I don't know how many manage to let you implement your learning in your daily life. Getting the Yogic theories into your own routine, which is than much easier to uphold once your back in your normal life. So it is not about learning Philosophy, Physiology by hard, but to truly understand, so to know which Asana is beneficial for which bodily system or how to remain positive, despite the obstacles which might be laid in your life.
