Love love love coming to this studio!! I've coming for about 6-7 months and I've never been so disciplined and consistent with any other sport I tried, just love it! Your instructors are so wonderful, especially Abby, Ivy and Ailey who are most of the classes I do with, they're all so wonderful 😊 50 classes so far, here's to another 50!!! Absolutely love Active Aging Reformer Pilates! I’ve been attending classes for a couple of months now and have noticed a huge difference in my strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and really understand how to tailor workouts for older adults or those returning to fitness after injury. The atmosphere is welcoming and non-intimidating, and the studio is clean and well-equipped. It’s clear they genuinely care about helping clients move better and feel better. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay active and age well!
This is the best thing I have ever done for myself. The active aging reformer classes and the active aging mat classes at the new Maroochy Waters studio are incredible and all the instructors are amazing. It has such a beautiful friendly atmosphere that I have never encountered before in any other gym/fitness studio. Well done Kim, Tayla and Team.
Kim and the team are absolutely amazing! Best studio on the Coast, Hands down. The instructors are incredible, workouts kick your ass and the flexible timetable means there is always a class that suits. Ivy's Classes are the best!!! Especially her build and burn. Kim and the girls have created such an awesome community there 👌♥️
