I really enjoyed today’s Reformer Pilates class. The instructor explained every movement very clearly and guided us with great care throughout the entire session, which allowed me to stay comfortable and fully focused from start to finish. What stood out the most was how well-structured the class was, along with the clear cueing and feedback provided to ensure each movement was done correctly and safely. Because of this, I could truly feel my body working properly, and I left the class feeling lighter, both physically and mentally, and in a great mood. Really great staff and an awesome range of class options. I had never done Pilates before, but I genuinely enjoyed it from the very first class I attended. I’ve been going to Pilates 26 for almost 3 months, and honestly, I can’t recommend it enough. The atmosphere is so incredibly welcoming - never intimidating - just great support from the moment you walk in. The instructors are all amazing - highly skilled, genuinely caring, and somehow manage to make every class feel like a personalised session, even though it’s a group one. You can tell they really care about everyone’s progress and thanks to that, I’ve seen physical (and mental) improvements I wouldn’t have expected so quickly at 54. A huge thank you to the whole team for creating such a special space - you’ve truly made a difference. 💕✨
