A little over a year ago I moved to the area of Perth Meditation and kept seeing the street sign, so one day I googled it and rang to see how it all works. After sitting down with Angela I was keen to try it out, thinking the "method" was not what I was expecting based on past experiences, however, I was eager to try it out and I have stayed for a little over a year learning how to quiet and clear my mind as well as learning to meditate again in a safe and peaceful environment. The centre is a welcoming, peaceful, and calming space, and Angela is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. If you need to make changes in your life, Angela can help.
