GoogleI've had the most amazing experience with Erica at Owls Head Yoga for prenatal classes. Her practice, advice, support, wealth of information and the community she fosters with the other moms is above and beyond. I am certain the classes, TJ other moms and Erica herself helped create a successful birthing experience for my second child. Erica makes herself available for mammas to be, postpartum moms and I can't wait to join baby and me classes. Can't recommend this studio, these classes and Erica enough!! Make sure you sign up immediately and spread the word to anyone you know who is pregnant or has a little one. π©·π©·π©·
Great community yoga studio! Erica is friendly, fun, organized and super attentive. She knows everyoneβs name and comes around during class offering advice without judgement. She works to make the studio comfortable with attention to the temperature and layout, and supportive with blocks, blankets and bolsters. She also offers remote attendance. Highly recommended!
I have been going to Baby & Me at Owlβs Head Yoga for a few months and I highly recommend for the connection to self, baby, and others! It has been so meaningful to have a place in the neighborhood to move my (new) body while also bonding with my baby. The ladies in the class have become my closest new mom friends. The owner, Erica, is attuned to the needs of the postpartum body and is incredibly genuinely loving and caring with the babies. She fosters a beautiful and supportive environment. Erica has given me the gift of rest and community in a really challenging, sleep deprived, and otherwise isolating time. I look forward to the class every week!
Absolutely Love This Studio β A Must for Prenatal Yoga! This is my first time trying yoga, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction. I've taken about three prenatal yoga classes so far at Owl's Head Yoga, and every week, I truly look forward to my Friday session. Erica has built such a warm, supportive, and inviting community at her studio. Being surrounded by other women who are going through similar changes has been both comforting and empowering. The classes are thoughtfully guided, welcoming for beginners, and tailored perfectly for pregnancy. If you're expecting and considering prenatal yoga, I highly recommend Owl's Head Yoga Studio. It's been such a positive, grounding experience during this special time.
Owlβs Head yoga is a wonderful & clean place. I tried yoga in-person for the first time two months ago and everyone is welcoming and informative. I especially like the fact that they are very thorough when explaining poses and moves. They care that you know the correct way, yet when you struggle, thereβs only encouragement. I highly recommend!
