This was my second experience of a Quantum sound healing session at the Omega Hub. It’s an immersive experience using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs and much more. Ark was great at explaining what the session would entail and helping us relax into that healing journey. I honestly felt like my mind, body and soul felt well rested and a sense of calmness after the shamanic healing. I would definitely recommend this others, and I can’t wait to come again.

I have been 3 times to the sound healing group sessions and I do very much enjoy them, the only negative I have is at the end passing the crystal around and having to talk about your experience is not for everyone I think this part should be removed , it can also be very time consuming at the end especially its a large group. Remove this and it would be perfect .
I attended for the first time and really loved the experience. I will be back again. I left feeling relaxed and grounded, just what I needed. The yoga was great for all levels, the sound bowels was a lovely touch (new experience for me) and the healing was truly great. Great combination. The studio is lovely and clean. I 100% recommend, see you soon :) x
